Sometimes my emails won't send since i got full strict Cloudflare free SSL

I am using Cloudflare full strict mode SSL on this domain changeempire.com, mx records added in the DNS, using outlook app for my official emails…

I’ve been having problems that people aren’t receiving my emails sometimes. I’ve had clients and others who I have emailed multiple times and they’re not getting it… then I go to my Yahoo account and send something and they get it.

but godaddy won’t help because my email isn’t Exchange. It’s cpanel email. but this is very frustrating.

Please Help!

Outbound email usually isn’t a problem. Is email going to their spam folder? What mail app are you using?

You also said “sometimes” they don’t get your email. So it’s not consistent?
