I have been experiencing issues accessing websites that use Cloudflare for some time now.
Here are two of them:
https://laravel.com
https://stackoverflow.com
I contacted my ISP, but they couldn’t find any problems with my laptop or modem router settings. I even tried using a new router and a different laptop, changed DNS servers and flushed the DNS cache and used different browsers, but the issue persists.
I don’t receive any error messages; the browser simply keeps loading without connecting to the websites. However, when I use a VPN, I am able to access these websites.
Are you getting a particular error like 1020 or error page? It may be a rule that the site owner has set up or it may be your machine, browser, IP or location. Sites that are protected by cloudflare can adjust their security settings to allow or deny traffic.

No, Nothing.

As I mentioned in my initial post, I attempted to use a new router and a different laptop. I can access these websites on my phone while on the same network, so I can’t attribute the issue to my IP address. It seems that when I try to visit them, the browser sends additional information/headers about me, and as a result, Cloudflare blocks my access without showing any error messages, the browser just keeps loading to connect to the website.
Yes, I have.
An expert from the ISP checked my internet and said the problem is not related to me or my system/router.
I installed an HTTP Debugger to monitor the data. The websites started working. Then, I closed the debugger, and they went back to their previous state. The program was setting its own SSL.
I changed my ISP and now waiting for them to enable my internet.
