"Some thing went wrong" when transfer domain from NameCheap to Cloudflare

It just says “something went wrong” when I try to transfer domain from Namecheap to Cloudflare.
I am sure:

  • that provide the correct Auth code
  • unlock domain
  • turn off Whois Guard.

What should I do now?

That message is from Cloudflare. Domain name is dannyhai.com

Following transfer instructions and FAQ:

Next steps are:

  • retry to transfer the domain;
  • if fails raise a ticket to support;

One remark, from whois check your domain was updated recently:
Updated Date: 2020-01-12T16:25:35Z

Not sure what was changed but you might be in the “60 day window requirement”
