Some questions about the new DNS service

Hello!
I have some questions about the new DNS service.

1. Why websites like ipleak.net cannot see the DNS server and are saying that there are errors instead?
2. Is there some kind of filtering active on DNS or it’s unfiltered and uncensored DNS?
3. Is DNS backed by anycast?
