Hello We are Using Cloudflare R2 to Host our Game files and make launcher updates. Majority of players are being able to play the game and update the game without any issues, but starting from today 17th feb 2025, a few players are reporting having issues when trying to open our launcher to do game updates. After asking a few of players which were having this issue to access one of the download R2 Pages, they received the message in browser “err_connection_refused”. This is happening only with a few players, not everyone.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
For now the only way to fix it, is asking them to use Cloudflare Warp or any kind of VPN. Which is not optimal.
Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Only a few users are having this error, not everyone, we don’t know why, but we have sure that it’s somoething in the Cloudflare side, since everything was working fine yesterday.
