Some pages not secure

Some of my WP pages are secure but others are not?
What should I be checking?
There are no content or links that don’t appear on pages that are secure.

is the main page and is all good to go

but,
https://caroldavidson.ca/my-platform/
is one page that comes up Https but does not have a padlock

checked with Explorer and Chrome on Desktop
