Some of your DNS-only records are exposing IP addresses that are proxied through Cloudflare

There is a notification that I don’t know how to address other than by deleting the records. “Some of your DNS-only records are exposing IP addresses that are proxied through Cloudflare” What should I do with this? It relates to a record required by Microsoft. (SRV _sip._tls 100 1 443 sipdir.online.lync.com)

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

You can safely ignore that notice. I have seen it before, but am not finding it in any of my zones that have M365. You might check to see if any of your M365 CNAMEs are :orange:. If any are, see if setting them to :grey: DNS Only clears that notice.

Thanks for your help. That record is set to DNS only already.
There are several other records that are set to orange cloud. I don’t know what that means. Are you suggesting that they are all set to DNS only? If you don’t main another question, what is the difference?
Thanks in advance,

I am only suggesting that you set CNAMEs that point to Microsoft names to :grey: DNS Only.

This Community #tutorial explains the orange cloud :orange:.
