When you tested your domain, what were the results?
Not for me but it is for some users with message: “sorry you are blocked”

Describe the issue you are having:
Users are being blocked, I also want to unblock them all

What error message or number are you receiving?
“sorry you are blocked”

Some of the user is getting error “sorry you are blocked” once I check the rule which blocked them is name as “unavailable” Can you please guide us
