Some Error 522

Hello
I have since this morning some error 522 when connect to my websites . I think it is not a lot because I have the majority of the traffic on Google Analytics, but I can’t myself connect to website all time. By exemple no 522 error from my office network and 522 error from my home network.
I have my own VPS, I check that CF Ips are not blocked and are also on white list.

Can I have some help.
