some DNS server (google, cloudflare) can not resolve gunes com

some DNS’s can not resolve gunes com ,alemfm com etc

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

For example, some DNS resolve gunes com as “104.21.35.65, 172.67.214.215”.
But some resolve it as “188.114.97.6, 188.114.96.6” and when this happens, gunes.com does not open. When we change the DNS in our building, sites like gunes com, alemfm com etc. do not open.
How can we make it see all of them as “104.21.35.65, 172.67.214.215”? The other IPs are probably old and do not open. Can you help?

All of those IP addresses are Cloudflare IPs.

How do you “change the DNS in the building”? What does the site does not open mean in this context?

We change our dns for example google dns (8.8.8.8 – 8.8.4.4 ) and then gunes com can not open in our house or buildings.

Do you receive an error message? Does 8.8.8.8 resolve to 188.114.97.6 when you do a DNS lookup while your alternative DNS provider does not?

Do the other sites resolve to the same IP address?

Are you based in Turkey? If so what are the odds that there is state sponsored censorship of the sites in question?

I based in Turkey, but goverments not any applicate spam or block this site. In many DNS, the IP address of the gunescom is shown as 188.114.96.3 and 188.114.97.3. But in this ip, we can not open. Can yo set your dns google dns or cloudflare and then trt to open gunescom, alemfmcom, platinonlinecom. Also when we change dns then aksam com tr, star com tr. were opened. Our problem not in tr domains. Now our dns set this ip 195.175.39.40 and can resolve and open gunescom. Can you help me?
