Some cloudflare IP not reachable

Hi, we have a problem on one of our websites under Cloudflare, the website is unreachable due to Cloudflare or TIM (the isp), the server is UP:

It is available but not everywhere. For example i can reach your 104.27.135.135 from my home pc.And i can reach my 104.24.121.3 from my home pc, but i can’t reach my 104.24.121.3 from my server or from some vpn or proxy.

Same here… I can reach 104.27.135.135 from mobile but not from office line. I can reach it using TOR.

Same issue with 104.27.149.102.
Available via some ISPs and not via others.

Same here. Can’t open many sites from russia

Yep, can’t connect to my site from all of my RegRu servers to my RegRu servers through the Cloudflare. You can check site availability from different places here: https://ping-admin.ru/free_test/

same 104.24.126.147 - what can I do?

I don’t know. I search solution too :slight_smile: I loose my money with every minute of downtime… I wrote ticket to cloudflare, but i still don’t receive answer…

https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - select “Get additional help”. Please attach a link to the ticket Some cloudflare IP not reachable - #10 by starikanbich so that they see that the problem is not only yours

My website and service is not available in Russia.

104.27.181.0/24 network isn’t reachable from TELE2 mobile network in Russia too. While MEGAFON and MTS works fine. Also Fiord peering with CF doesn’t work when I try to access this network. The interesting fact is that some other web-sites that are on the different subnets have no such problems (e.g. 104.26.6.0/24). This behaviour started at 18:52 UTC.
