Some cloudflare features are enabled but don’t seem to work properly

What is the issue you’re encountering

If I scan for HSTS is enabled but doesn’t work, under attack mode doesn’t seem to work and a few other settings.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried to remove the site, delete the site, disable and enable the features, get new name servers, and even created a new cloudflare account.

I have 2 domains and the exact settings don’t work for either, so it’s gotta be on CF side.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Could you share with us for example, how were you able to test and determine that the Under Attack mode isn’t working as expected ?

For the under attack mode id use another device or swap IPs, i noticed it whenever id place our of country/continent rules and see IPs logged from places other than america, this domain I help manage is a small business that offers local community services.

So i loaded different IPs besides america and see that they wernt being blocked which brough me to checking other things like if HSTS is working and its not, i tried to change the duration to 6 months to a year and so on.
