Whenever I point my nameservers to Cloudflare, the social login with Google disappears from my website. I have raised this issue with the people behind the plugin I am using, and they have informed me that Cloudflare is blocking the Google code for the social login feature.
Additionally, my website is LMS-based, and when an instructor tries to upload a course, they are unable to do so until I pause Cloudflare. However, when I pause Cloudflare, the social login feature comes back, and instructors can create their own courses.
These issues are causing significant inconvenience and have been preventing me from upgrading to the Pro plan. As such, I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a solution that will enable me to use Cloudflare without any issues.
Regarding the Web Application Firewall (WAF), I am only using the firewall to block difficult login URLs such as /wp-login and /wp-admin. However, I would like to reset all the settings to their default values to see if that resolves the issue.
Could you please provide me with the steps to reset the settings of Cloudflare to their default values?
I’m not sure this exists. But you definitely can check if it’s the WAF that blocks the upload, you a firewall events log in the dash which lists all events, it’s pretty easy to correlate given it tells time, date, url, etc.
I haven’t seen an url, so I can’t help with the first part of the issue.
