SOA Refresh & Retry Values

I’ve run a domain check via Zonemaster and received the following warnings. Do I need to worry about these and is it possible to increase the minimum value in each case?

SOA ‘refresh’ value (10000) is less than the recommended minimum (14400).
SOA ‘retry’ value (2400) is less than the recommended minimum (3600).
