My domain a SOA record set by Cloudflare - BUT I’m having issues and MXToolbox[dot]com says the SOA is invalid. How do I fix this???

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. 
You ignore it. MXToolbox is a good resource. This just happens to be one thing that they get wrong. They report the SOA as invalid if its serial number does not use a specific common format. There is no requirement to use that format, so the status can be safely ignored.
