This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in erp.bioreefboy.com .

also runing a background check on hostgator I realized its pointing to this address and I would like to remove it since the guy I hired never reply my calls anymore and I believe he set that up before

Unfortunately, when I do a lookup for your erp

Causes of this error
This error is caused when there is no relevant A, AAAA or CNAME record in Cloudflare for your domain or www.yourdomain. It can also appear in reference to MX records if one is not present for your domain.
Tips for fixing the error
You will need to add a DNS record pointing to your host for your website to function correctly. The content of the record needed will be available via their contro…

In case you encounter an issue or error related to the SSL, make sure to:
Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
Give it five minutes to take effect
Check for the valid SSL certificate for your sub-domain
If not generated, start the renew process via cPanel AutoSSL / Let’s Encrypt / Certbot / ACME.
Then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate.
Only then should you un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict)
→ Why you should choose Full Strict, and only Full Strict .
And just in case, see below article:

2. Check that the DNS record is working correctly
You can use a tool such as https://dnschecker.org , enter the subdomain.domain.com …
Here is a way to re-check if you correctly setup the SSL for your domain with Cloudflare:
This tutorial covers getting SSL working with Cloudflare in various different scenarios.
This assumes you already have your website set up on Cloudflare with all your DNS records set to , if not - please visit Step 1 .
Do you want the website to use HTTPS?
Yes Do you already have a valid SSL certificate installed on your server (i.e. does it already load over HTTPS with a )?
Yes
If your website already works over HTTPS, you can just set your SSL mode in Cloudflare to Full (strict)…
Have you got the access to manage your domain name at Cloudflare?
Maybe the sub-domain was added as a part of SSL for Saas?
