SOA and NS records errors

I am getting these error and not sure how to fix it. I don’t know what an SOA record is and tried to add an NS record, but got an error.

Can you point me in the right direction please?

The export text file shows:

** update the SOA record with the correct authoritative name server*
** update the SOA record with the contact e-mail address information*
** update the NS record(s) with the authoritative name servers for this domain.*

You can safely ignore those warnings. You cannot control those settings when you use Cloudflare and they are not problematic.
