Hi there! I have activated this subdomain beta.transladocs.com in the transladocs.com domain. However, all the other subdomains are working except this subdomain beta.transladocs.com and I don’t know why despite I had activated my SSL in my server for this subdomain. So, what should I do to solve this problem in my document translation site please?

Here’s the error that I get:
This site can’t provide a secure connection
www.beta.transladocs.com uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
It’s only when I put it on “DNS Only” it shows up and while the others are on “Proxied” don’t all have this problem they give me. So, what should I do in this case?
This is a second-level subdomain of your domain so is not covered by Cloudflare’s Universal SSL (which only covers transladocs.com and *.transladocs.com). Either just use beta.transladocs.com or you will need to use an Advanced Certificate for www.beta.transladocs.com.
But Cloudflare had support www.files.transladocs.com . But why doesn’t it support that www.beta.transladocs.com? Why not? Do I have a usage limit for the free version I use or what? Tell me more please???
It isn’t, I’m getting an SSL error for that hostname too, as expected…
