as mesmas configurações funcionam no cPanel mas aqui não funciona na Cloudflare

Can you share a screenshot of your DNS records?
If you have set all of your DNS records to Unproxied () / DNS-only, and it still doesn’t work, you know for sure that the problem isn’t on Cloudflare’s end.
Many web hosting providers are blocking outbound SMTP traffic, as an attempt to reduce the amount of spam originating from their network, which can be the reason to the issue you see.
It would still be your origin (server behind Cloudflare) that would establish communication with the SMTP server directly, so the SMTP configuration would be the first place I would look at.
