Slow Website Loading Issue On Jio ISP In India

hi,
on November 2023 i change my isp to jio 5G and then having start slow loading issue on my all cloudflare websites. after 3 month of issue, i post here.
if i disable ipv6 in network adapter then page load in 686ms and if Ipv6 enable then page load in 20s.
too much loading time difference. this problem having on my all windows pc, android mobiles and rpi… i also try my friend’s internet jio internet, same problem with them too… my internet speed is 300mbps.

I am also facing this issue. Its really bad because when I use internet from my vodafone mobile internet, the website loads quickly but when I use jio broadband then it takes a lot of time for a few files.

Anyone has any idea to resolve this problem?

This is with cloudflare I think because when I hosted the website on different host provider then it loaded very quickly.

I had a problem with Jio earlier, but there is no issue today. The problem was because Jio was in 5G testing at that time. There is no problem now.
