Slow tunnel response from LAN

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I created a Cloudflare tunnel, and it works fine from the web. However, when I try to connect to the URL from my local network it’s really slow. When I ping the domain, I get really high ping and packet loss. I tried local DNS rewrite to go the IP directly, but that does not work because the tunnel connects to a different port and DNS rewrites don’t allow ports. Has anybody seen this issue before?

How high is your ping and packet loss? Could you share an MTR or traceroute. Please redact your IP address when adding the MTR.
