Slow loading of images sometimes

Every few weeks I notice that cloudflare images becomes extremely slow.

Would love to know if there’s a way to debug why this RayId took 18.21s to download even though it is only 15kB. Cf-Ray 8961f7602d721035-LAX

In chrome the Timing is clearly 17.99s “Waiting for server response”. So it’s clearly not my internet, but rather the cloudflare servers. Here is the image asset: https://imagedelivery.net/HdeUgBrl8i-TIb1frGXG8g/f516a65f-111a-47e6-4166-a38bb7b19600/1300

Last time this happened it was fixed in a few hours but I would like to know more about why this happens to me and not everyone else as I do not see the issue ever posted on cloudflare status.

It’s the next day, and it’s still taking sometimes 16 seconds for a tiny 4.2 kB image to load. All “Waiting for server response”. CF-Ray 8964e11e2cd06a26-LAX
