Slow Connection after a Few hours of Operation

Here’s the situation.
We use cloudflare to ensure that our content will be able to access in any part of our country which is Philippines. It was ok for a couple of hours then it became slow and some of our clients received a 522 error. Does Business plan have some sort of limit that we exceed or something like that?
