when i check page speed, I am getting this message

Please tell us what the problem is, not what your settings are.
Also PageSpeed (Google PageSpeed Insights?) is not a Cloudflare product, please do not expect any support in this Cloudflare exclusive forum for other companies products/services.

If you are referring to Lighthouse (which is also a Google service) and you are referring to this section:

Then this is perfectly normal, since you test your site against “Mobile” requirements, which are higher than the one for “Desktop”. To chose which requirements you want to test against, you can select that just before testing, like shown here:

If you then select "Desktop, it will look like this:

If you refer to any Cloudflare Product/Service, please provide screenshots and explain what exactly you are doing, and where you are seeing what.

Or are you refering to this:

Again this would be, because you selected “mobile”, where the connecttion is trottled to match the real performance of a mobile phone.

This is not free community support for other companies. Google related things should be directed to Google, not Cloudflare.
