I just submitted a request via https://radar.cloudflare.com/ to have a new site for one of my clients recategorized and I have a few questions.
- What is the typical turnaround time for these request? I’ve searched the forums a bunch but the answers are inconsistent.
- Will my request be triaged faster if I setup the site on Cloudflare and resubmit the request? It currently isn’t, I was just able to determine which ISP was blocking the site in order to remedy.
- Is there a way to find out the reasoning for the misclassification? My site was categorized as “spam” but it is a site for a business retreat so mainly travel related.
