This error could be a temporarry one and it might happen as a result of the DNS cache at our local ISP provider, therefrom we need to wait some time to pass (usually up to few hours or up to 24 hours) for the regular DNS propagation time.
Otherwise, domain was registered lately as well and not yet available around the Globe for all of the Internet users.
Nevertheless, it could be we’re having some kind of type of firewall or filtering on our network (such as school network, etc.) which might interfere the DNS queries as well.
You’ve mentioned using a VPN, which could be the issue as well if it’s using some custom DNS servers. May I ask which VPN service you’re using that’s causing such experience for you?
I’ve tested lately and Website is using Cloudflare nameservers, domain is registered at Cloudflare Registrar and resolving fine over HTTPS:
Name Server: lewis.ns.cloudflare.com
Name Server: ligia.ns.cloudflare.com
Updated Date: 2025-06-12T08:16:19Z
Creation Date: 2025-06-05T05:14:55Z
Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2026-06-05T05:14:55Z
Registrar: Cloudflare, Inc.
Could you please double-check and write back if you are still experiencing this error?
May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?
Thank you for lookin into the issue and for the detailed analysis.
I’ve tested access across multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, and Edge) as well as in Incognito mode. When connected to the VPN (GlobalProtect), the site is not reachable. However, I am able to access it via mobile networks.
When disconnected from the VPN, the site does become accessible, but not immediately—it appears to take some time before it works.
are there any additional steps I should take to ensure the domain is accessible across all DNS servers especially considering that it has been a few weeks since setup.
I am wondering something could block Cloudflare connection(s), otherwise it’s the DNS server(s) or a resolver you’ve got configured on your device when you’re using a VPN.
Possibly, some DNS querying interefere here.
Can you access any other Website using Cloudflare (even this Forum) via VPN?
Since Website works fine when you’re not using a VPN, therefrom resolves fine on Cloudflare, I am afraid this is not the Cloudflare issue here.
May I ask have you considered writing and contacting to the support of such VPN provider about your experience for more feedback and help?
