Sitemap google search console error HTTP 403

Greetings,
I using freeware account of Couldflare, After moving my website to cloudflare the issue arise that my sitemap in google search console gives error HTTP 403.

.! ) I have tried to switch on the development mode and turn off the SSL certificate but it seems not help . Kindly assist me to resolve this issue.

thank you for your response , I have read those post but there is not any conclusive solution that I should do it, For example Rob and me have similar issue but there is no solution provided , rest of the post went unanswered
