Sitemap could not be read by google search console (i using cloudflare to park domain)
my settings are like the picture below, i can access sitemap file normally, but search console doesnt
And i tried using bing console, it worked normally too
Not sure why, but when I open https://www.pettribution.my.id/sitemap.xml I am prompted to download it instead of showing it in Web browser 
I am not aware how does sitemap.xml function on Google Blog (Blogger service). Possibly sending wrong content type. Despite it looks okay and valid one.
Despite, it might take be temporary and need some time and at first sight Google throws error or warning.
I’d suggest you to double-check the Security → Events at Cloudflare dashboard under your Cloudflare account for your zone, or via direct link https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/events.
You should be able to see the challenged or blocked event under the Security tab → Events at Cloudflare dashboard for your zone and know exactly which security option was triggered. Could be Managed Rules my best guess, otherwise Bot Fight Mode or Browser Integrity Check.
For your case, lookup for path sitemap.xml using Filter (or Google as source).
Once you find them, click on a particular one to find more details about it (user-agent, IP, HTTP version …). If yes, could you share some details which service was triggered that blocked you?
