What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am using SiteGround Email Service, but it recently stopped working. SiteGround advised me to check the DKIM and DMARC settings. The CNAME record resolves only when the proxy is off, but the Domain Authentication status remains “in process” and never completes. Can you assist with the correct settings?

Siteground Domain Authentication Stuck in progress, 3 days with or without proxy

If the CNAME needs to be validated by Siteground, it needs to be “DNS only” and not “Proxied”.

Can you show the records that Siteground is asking you to set and a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS where you have set them.

I reviewed the case and it seems that there are no DKIM records related to the domain name:
