Siteground is saying not to change the nameservers is that correct

I Just switched over to siteground, and tech support is telling me not to change my nameservers. I want to know if that is correct and will Cloudflare work properly if I left them alone.

If you are using Siteground’s Cloudflare implementation, there’s nothing for you to change.
