Site which loaded in 3.9 sec now takes 95 sec in india
site not loading properly from mumbai (india) but loads properly from london gtmetrix,at first i thought it to be cache issue but later clarified by w3tc cache that it is not related with cache…,


i have gone through the matter but not able to understand the issue
is it server related or cloudfare related?
please explain

related to your simple line icon woff2 font file which has no-cache headers so it isn’t cached by Cloudflare CDN and goes to your origin for request which takes 35 seconds

Error 525: SSL handshake failed

525 errors are often caused by a configuration issue on the origin web server. Error 525 occurs when these two conditions are true:

  1. The SSL handshake fails between Cloudflare and the origin web server, and
  2. Full or Full (Strict) SSL is set in the Overview tab of your Cloudflare SSL/TLS app.


Contact your hosting provider to exclude the following common causes at your origin web server:

  • No valid SSL certificate installed
  • Port 443 (or other custom secure port) is not open
  • No SNI support
  • The cipher suites accepted by Cloudflare does not match the cipher suites supported by the origin web server

If 525 errors occur intermittently, review the origin web server error logs to determine the cause. Configure Apache to log mod_ssl errors. Also, nginx includes SSL errors in its standard error log, but may possibly require an increased log level.

Then there’s a cancelled POST request taking 5 seconds for Mumbia test region (on right of screenshot)

Might want to contact Cloudflare tech support via ticket system too as it make an issue specific to Singapore CF datacenter that your Mumbia test requests are being routed to

I think there is a issue in Singapore cf, iam now running on development mode which stops cache but allows allows other features like firewall to run,.In non development mode I have tested my site in all the gt metric servers in Dallas, london, brazil canada Australia, but only the singapore server shows errors like huge time to load and ssl errors
