I tried to turn off the DNS proxy and site start working

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Yesterday 19th November, 2024 7:00 PM IST the site was showing host error and moreover the was not loading. When we turned off the DNS proxy the site was working well and was loading properly. Is there any issue from the cloudflare end regarding this site?

It was a 503 error. But no, we don’t have any screenshots now.
