We tested the website in GT Metrix.
The first requests is longer than 5s. (this is the longest request on the waterfall, the rest are fine).

We just changed the DNS servers to Cloudflare.
Site is still performing at F as above.
Suggestions?
First request (the HTML part) still has go to the origin server because Cloudflare doesn’t cache HTML due to its frequently changing nature. Is this a WordPress site?
Yes it is word press site hosted on godaddy.
You can speed it up quite a bit with APO. It’s $5/month if you’re on a free plan here. It’s included on Paid plans.
