What is the issue you’re encountering

Timeout accessing any domain address or path, including /cdn-cgi/trace, from my 4G internet connection and some cable connection from costumers. It looks like similar to what is described here: Weird timeout issue
I can access the same server from within another domain. It seens related to this domain name.

Are you basically saying that is nothing I can do from within CF to remediate this to my costumers country wide and to anyone using 4G in the same city I am?

You see, my example is using the browser to show that, but the same happens if I access the service via any API tool (like Postman or API tester on Android), so I don ´t believe that clear the browser cache will fix this.
And about bad reputation IP, the same service cannot be accesed by domainA.com but can be by using domainB.com, so my IP can access it somehow on another domain. It looks like is something with the domain itself.
