What is the issue you’re encountering
Our company needs to connect our headquarters (HQ) to a new datacenter (DC). We installed 2 WARP connectors : 1 at HQ and 1 at DC. Connections from DC to HQ work perfectly. But connections from HQ to DC do not work.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We performed a network trace from HQ to DC:
Tracing route to 10.100.3.21 over a maximum of 30 hops
0 10.20.50.105
1 10.20.50.92 → WARP connector at HQ
2 162.158.125.37
3 162.158.125.82
4 100.96.0.1 → WARP connector at DC
5 * * *
Normally, hop #5 would be the destination (10.100.3.21).
The machine running the WARP connector at DC has the IP address 10.100.3.20. From it, we can ping the destination (10.100.3.21). There are no firewalls between them - it is a direct connection.
Why does the traffic drop after reaching hop #4?
