What is the issue you’re encountering

Our customers in mainland China started getting timeouts on our site about a week ago. It affects users with and without VPNs. Attempting to access the site using the China firewall test sites indicate it is blocked, though it worked last week.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have added no new scripts or tracking pixels.
Ran the site through several Great Firewall of China sites. All report timeouts after 1 minute or that the site is blocked.
Users have tried via VPN and without VPN as well as in multiple browsers - all give the same results.
