Site Showing as 403 forbidden

I used Cloudflare free version for 2 days no problem

I just upgraded to premium and now my site is showing a 403 forbidden error when I try to load it in chrome.

Its also showing as non secure

I already have a Https security so there may be a clash

Please help

Try using a different browser, or use a private/incognito window. Your DNS cache is likely still pointing to the origin server.

Its only 403 when viewed in Chrome

1. What does it mean “DNS cache is pointing to origin server”?

2. I am not sure how a CDN is supposed to work , but I get different speeds via pingdom page speed depending on location.

1.4 seconds in Sydney where my site is hosted - but 4 seconds in New York - does this mean the CDN is not setup correctly ?

Also - I wonder what extra features were added when upgrading to premium , that I can turn off to test
