I don’t know why this site is always offline on Cloudflare [TheShopAlert](https://www.theshopalert.com)
Well, right now the site is not configured for Cloudflare at all. However it seems it has been added at some point and when going through Cloudflare it shows an SSL error which is presumably because you have either disabled SSL or your certificate hasnt been issued for some reason. It is impossible to say more without more details and the site actually being on Cloudflare.
