What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have added the domain to Cloudflare and updated the IPv4 address for the A records. There are two other URLs pointing at same IPv4 address which function perfectly and I can’t see why this URL would not work. (The only difference is that it is registered with Fasthosts, whereas the two functioning URLs are with 123Reg.)

This appears to be a Cloudways error page. That would be a question for the hosting provider since their server is returning the error.

Thanks cscharff. The weird thing is that the site loads just fine at one of the alt URLS eg, http://www.modernpoetryintranslation.com.

You probably need to define the other host (including the root domain) in the config for that website.
