Site loading too slow (can't determine whether its issue with cloudflare or my host)

Hi,

I’ve my site added in Cloudflare a year ago or so. It was very fast in the past but when I checked the site recently it was dead slow.

Can someone here please guide me if its something with the Cloudflare or my hosting.

I confirmed it with the host and they were able to fix it.
