We are facing the issues on myzara.us.

We need to access the site content of aplhatest.zaracart.us by myzara.us

We need to map the site aplhatest.zaracart.us to myzara.us

CNAME records have been created for the same.

But myzara.us site is showing the error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned.

Please check this issue and provide the solution at the earliest.
