Site is not updating changes from weeks ago

Hi,
I have a site that uses Cloudflare and I did some major updates and the site is still displaying the outdated cache version.

I did a full cache purge / targeted page purge.

Still nada, the only way to display the new/latest version of the site by using: /?bypasscache

If anyone has any ideas / reasons on why it’s doing this that’ll be wonderful to know.

It is getting cached somewhere the question is: where?
Since we don’t know anything about your setup I can’t say anything about. Check if you are using any other caching plugins/tools, or CDNs between Cloudflare and your server.
