I transfered the domain from GoDaddy to Namecheap and then to Cloudflare I am using redirection with Cloudflare

Change this to Full (strict)

www.pc-expert.tech redirects to www.westlacomputerexpert.tech

But pc-expert.tech shows Error 1000: DNS points to prohibited IP**.

So you should tweak your redirect rule to match all incoming requests.

And as you’re merely redirecting the entire domain to another place, I recommend using the dummy IP address 192.0.2.1 instead.
