Hi,
I have several sites hosted in a cloud server at IONOS with CF.
Just two of them when CF is enabled they are not browseable trough the ISP NET/Claro (Brazil).
Is there anything that I can do to fix this? When I disable the CF trough DNS I can access these ones.
Regards,

What exactly makes them not browseable? Any specific errors or issues that you can share?
After some time I see a message “connection expired” with CF enabled

Hm can you send a screenshot of that message?

We are having the same problem here, but, we are using Vivo (Brazil)
Hello!
We are having problems with one of our domains: https://chairs.com.br which was proxied by Cloudflare.
I’m thinking the problem is with routing, since using a VPN, we can access without any problems.
First I was thinking the problem was with my ISP, but, after some search and tests, I saw that error is bigger than I thought (tests below).
Other test I did:
http://sitemeer.com/#https://chairs.com.br
Using another site that is proxied too, the result is different:
http://sitemeer.com…

Same problem here, NET/Claro and Vivo (Brazil) are blocking my website access when I use Cloudflare proxy. They’re blocking cloudflareresearch.com (162.159.137.85)

There is a way to change the edge server IP to fix this situation?
Thanks!

No. Cloudflare assigns IPs automatically, they’re shared across multiple customers, and cannot be modified by an individual site.

There is another way to solve this problem?
Looking at other community topics, it seems there are other people having this problem with some Brazilian ISPs, like NET/Claro and Vivo.

I get an nxdomain error, appears to, be propagation related.
We “fixed” the problem by upgrading the plan.
This tutorial is about the IP address of your website on Cloudflare being blocked (normally by ISPs or authorities), if you are trying to access a site on Cloudflare and have been blocked, please see Community Tip - Fixing Error 1020 Access Denied .
Sometimes, ISPs and/or authorities in a particular country will block an IP address based on a website using that IP. Many services use shared IP addresses, and this causes an issue. Cloudflare uses shared IP addresses on all plans except Enterprise.…
