I got this message checking the pending status of my ns record change and got this:
The verification TXT record of shaughnessy.ie is already being re-checked. You may only submit a re-check once per hour.
I did not put a txt verification record on my registration site, I just changed the NS records.
I did check the propagation and it seemed ok
