My website is down. I spoke with Hostgator, which is hosting the site, but they said that it’s a DNS error with Cloudflare.
My site is literally just blank. No error message or anything. Earlier in the night though it was saying that there was an error communicating with the database. However, Hostgator tells me that it’s resolved and this is Cloudflare’s issue to fix.
Anyone have any ideas? I can’t seem to find a way to email or call tech support.

Can you try pausing Cloudflare and see if the issue remains?
You can pause Cloudflare from the Overview tab of the Cloudflare Dashboard, bottom right under Advanced Actions.
If the issue persists after Cloudflare has been paused, it means that there is an issue with your origin, Cloudflare is only operating as your DNS provider while it is paused.
You should also check the IP address specified in your DNS records matches the one Hostgator needs.
I paused it and the site is still down.
So you think I should go back to Hostgator and get them to fix it?
