Our website premierpet.com.br is hosted on Cloudflare and has the proxy enabled. When we try to access the website, the error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT is returned.
We contacted our operator and they informed us that Cloudflare’s IP 104.26.7.55 is blocked and is precisely the IP of our website.
What is the way or possibility for us to change our website’s IP on Cloudflare?

Our website does not have any malicious content, it is the institutional website of the company that manufactures pet food, we believe that the blocking was for another website that was using the CDN and we were affected.

I am sorry to hear that your ISP is causing access isues with your site. You will need to have your ISP address the block that they have implemented.

Cloudflare cannot assign a new IP every time a third party blocks an IP. If they did, the new IP would likely wind up similarly blocked, eventually leading to all Cloudflare IPs being blocked by that provider.

On an unrelated note, your SPF record needs some attention. It is being invalidated by requiring more than the allowable number of DNS lookups.
