Novice here. I changed my DNS records to use an email service. Now my website is down. I’m getting a Hmm… Can’t reach this page… with a code “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”. Not sure what I did wrong. I deleted the old MX and TXT files associated with the old email service (Zoho) with the new ones (iCloud).
The error suggests that you may have accidentally deleted other records as well.
You can check the Audit Log to see which records you deleted:

Thanks for the tip. However, looking at these, it doesn’t seem I accidentally deleted anything.
Can you show a screenshot of your DNS records and share your domain?

However, you don’t have a DNS record for www.oldmapleridge.com. Did you delete the record for www, or did you add the redirect recently?
iCloud Mail’s instructions told me to edit the CNAME record. Did I do that wrong?
I can’t find that part in the instructions you shared. It only asks you to create a new CNAME record.

That was it. Added a CNAME that points the www to my domain and I’m back up. Appreciate the help, I guess reading carefully would have helped.
