When you tested your domain using the Cloudflare Diagnostic Center, what were the results?
Visiting the Diagnostic centre link takes me to support home page

Describe the issue you are having:
I have www.freebirds.co running with Cloudflare and with https working perfectly. However, sometimes it shows the connection not secure warning mentioning “You are seeing this warning because this site does not support HTTPS.”

I wonder what could be the issue when there hasn’t been any changes on the website nor on the Cloudflare settings. It works as expected when we hit the URL and test but this error has been frequently encountered.

What error message or number are you receiving?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Rechecking expiry of SSL certificate (Cloudflare manages it, not expired)
  2. Cloudflare settings revisited (no changes made)

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

  1. It doesn’t replicate every time but does appear sometimes when we visit the website on chrome in mobile phone.

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
Works fine everywhere

Please attach a screenshot of the error:

Your site works absolutely fine over SSL here or anywhere in the world I can check:

That indicates you might have a problem with your mobile device’s DNS or connection. If you can’t replicate on any other device, try purging your DNS or switching the network to another Wifi or ISP to see if it persists.
