Site doesn't display "Upgrade" next to plan in overview. Why?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Not an issue directly, but on the Account Home is one site displaying the Free Plan without the Upgrade link text

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

This visual issue can be observed in the Account Home Tab.
How to actually reproduce it is something out of my understanding.

This isn’t an issue for me, but I do wonder why for that particular site, the Upgrade link isn’t displayed, as it is a Free plan like many other pages I have on CF. Is it due to the traffic? The TLD? Some specific DNS/Domain settings?
Domain of that site was transfered to Cloudflare registrar a while back.

Thank you for reporting this & I can verify the same results. I’ve asked the team if this is a known issue and if so do we know the root cause. Will share what I hear back.
